Name of the activity: CONTRACT OF ASSIGNMENT AND ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS

Description of the activity: Prepare the curriculum for the subject «Collective Catering» in the Nutrition and Dietetics degree program to be launched in the 2025-2026 academic year. This work was particularly relevant to my academic trajectory, as it allowed me to integrate insights from my doctoral research into an educational context. My thesis on the consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages (SSB) among adolescents in Central Catalonia has highlighted the significant role of the school environment in shaping dietary habits. This realization inspired me to emphasize, within the course curriculum, the importance of collective catering as a key strategy in fostering healthy eating habits and reducing SSB consumption in school settings.
